Our Commitment to Quality

We take painstaking care in the harvesting of our maple sap and in the production process to ensure our products are of the highest quality.

All of our products go direct to the consumer. We do not produce lower grade maple products for the mass market.

Assurance of Purity

We use traditional methods and a wood-fired evaporator combined with the newest technology in our production processes, to ensure the purity of our maple foods.

Healthy Forests

Maple products are a sustainable forest resource. We maintain our sugar bush as a natural forest, providing habitat to wildlife and contributing to the environmental health of our community.
