Mapleside Sugar Bush

Sweet Slaw Salad

 

1 small cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup whipped cream

Dressing:
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp butter

Directions: Combine eggs with syrup and dry ingredients, adding butter and vinegar. Stir well and heat in a double boiler until thick. Refrigerate until cool. Before serving mix dressing with whipped cream and toss with shredded cabbage.
