Mapleside Sugar Bush

French Dressing

 

2/3 cup (150 mL) maple syrup
1/2 cup (125 mL) salad oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup
1/4 cup (50 mL) vinegar

2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped onion
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) celery seed

Directions: Blend all ingredients in order in a 2 cup (500 mL) jar or vinegar cruet. A delicious complement to any fresh tossed salad.
