Sugar Bush Cocoa |

2 cups (500 mL) scalded milk |
2 cups (500 mL) boiling water |
Scald milk. Mix cocoa, maple syrup and boiling water slowly. Boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk. Beat with rotary beater before serving until light and foamy. Serves 2.
